Proper Nutrition wants your utmost satisfaction, so we will do what we can to process your refund as quickly as possible. We won’t be satisfied until you are.
Unopened items can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money. When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees. We apologize, but because of products shelf life we are not able to accept returns after 30 days. Items that have been opened are not eligible for a refund.
To send an item back, please follow these steps:

Step 2. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
